About the Role:

 PieCyfer is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will know how to attract traffic, enhance engagement, and strengthen brand identity while working closely with the content and design teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow PieCyfer’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Drive traffic and improve overall reach, engagement, and ratings.
• Coordinate with the content writer to plan and schedule posts strategically.
• Understand design and visual aesthetics to ensure appealing, brand-aligned posts.
• Monitor analytics and share regular performance reports.
• Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
• Maintain a proven record of successful social media campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and growth strategies.
• Basic knowledge of graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Figma) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
