We are seeking a driven and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help scale our client acquisition efforts.
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Identification: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and lead databases.
Lead Nurturing:
Build and manage a pipeline of leads by initiating conversations and following up regularly to move them through the sales funnel.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Market Research:
Research target industries, markets, and decision-makers to support targeted outreach strategies.
Campaign Support:
Collaborate with team to execute and improve lead generation campaigns, including webinars, newsletters, and content marketing.
KPI Tracking:
Monitor and report on lead generation metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and qualified leads generated.
Should have good knowledge of lead generation platforms such as well found, linked-in Sale Navigator, Upwork lead generation, etc.
