About the Role:

We are a high-volume software & automation agency. We are looking for a GHL Expert who understands Architecture, not just funnel building. You will be responsible for managing sub-accounts, deploying Snapshots, and debugging automation workflows.

What You Will Do:

• Snapshot Management: Deploy and update Master Snapshots across multiple sub-accounts without breaking existing local data.
• Workflow Logic: Build complex automations (Lead Nurture, Missed Call Text Back, Appointment Reminders) using correct If/Else logic and Wait steps.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose why a lead didn’t trigger a sequence or why an SMS failed (Twilio/LC Phone debugging).
• Integrations: Connect GHL with external tools using Webhooks and basic Zapier/Make scenarios.

What We Need:

• 2+ Years Deep GHL Experience: You know the difference between a “Campaign” and a “Workflow” and why we don’t use Campaigns anymore.
• Agency Experience: You have managed accounts with 10+ sub-accounts.
• Technical Basics: You understand DNS records (A Records, CNAME, SPF/DMARC) and can set up domains and email deliverables without help.
