Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in hiring and recruitment processes
• Screen CVs and shortlist potential candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and follow-up calls
• Coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain candidate database and HR records
• Support onboarding and documentation
Requirements:
• BBA, MBA, MHRM, HRM, Bachelor’s degree, or any relevant business/management field.
• Strong communication skills
• Confident and professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
• Interest in recruitment & talent acquisition
Gain hands-on HR experience in a professional and performance-driven environment.
